Personal Service

Online, over the telephone by video consultation or in our showroom you will be looked after and guided through the whole process by one of our design team whether you are buying one roller blind or a fully integrated house lot with home automation.

Sales

Obligation-free, measures and quotes are provided for every project, no matter the scope. 

Deposits Required

Full installation or delivery is also included with every quote, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

It is our policy and personal warranty– If it is not right, we ensure it is put right.

Your rights in relation to the product performing as you expect are protected by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act as well as the individual manufacturer’s product warranty as is the minimum standard in New Zealand.
